Bridget’s knowledge of anatomy is phenomenal and her ability to work out what is going on, pinpoint problem areas and build a program to develop and overcome those problems is impressive. This is backed up by her insatiable thirst for even more knowledge - if there is anything she is not sure of you can bet she will have read dozens of text books and come up with a solution by the next time you see her!

I have been attending Bridget’s Pilates classes ever since she started them in Godalming. Bridget is a very accomplished teacher. Her classes are varied and there are always different options/levels for you to choose from. If anyone has an injury, she will suggest a suitable alternative. Bridget takes care to find out our individual needs and during classes talks to each of us tweeking us into the right position if necessary. I have psoriatic arthritis and at the time I had a problem with my shoulder. Since I started Pilates with Bridget my shoulder has greatly improved. She is an excellent teacher. Bridget is extremely aware of personal safety and treats each person as an individual. After 13 years attending Bridget’s classes, I still look forward to my Wednesday sessions - they are never boring. Bridget’s skill as an instructor lies not only in her anatomical knowledge but also in her enthusiasm and determination to make sure each person derives the most they can from class - with safety.
